Rental Rules at a Glance

Quick summary of our self-drive car rental policies

Who Can Drive

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Valid Indian driving license (original)
  • Aadhaar card for verification
  • Only verified renter can drive

Deposit Rules

  • ₹5,000 - ₹15,000 based on car
  • Refundable within 3-7 days
  • UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash accepted
  • Deductions for damages/fines

Outstation Usage

  • Outstation trips allowed
  • Inform route at booking time
  • Extra charges beyond 300 km/day
  • No restricted/border areas

Damage Responsibility

  • Renter liable for all damages
  • Report accidents immediately
  • Take photos of any incident
  • Insurance covers third-party only

Late Return Penalties

  • 30 min grace period
  • 1-3 hrs late: ₹300 penalty
  • 3-6 hrs late: Half-day charge
  • 6+ hrs late: Full day charge

Zero Tolerance

  • No drunk driving
  • No unauthorized drivers
  • No illegal activities
  • No over-speeding

Violation Consequences

Any violation of these rules will void all protections and make you fully liable for damages, penalties, and legal action. We maintain GPS tracking on all vehicles and work closely with law enforcement.
